New customers sign in
1.1 Customers input their personal details such as their name, address, telephone number, Date of Birth (DOB).
1.2 Customer will also need to input their username and password.
1.3 Email will be sent the customers to verify their username and password so that if they forget their password or username, they can check it on the email.
Customer login
2.1 Customer must input their username and password
2.2 Username and password must be checked in the database to make sure that it matches with the details. If it doesn’t match then an error will appear telling the customer to login or if the username and password does matches then they purchase a game.
Browsing the site
3.1 The site will allow the customer to go to different pages such as contact page, News page, etc.
3.2 Selecting different games to show the description and price when they go to the product page.
3.3 Forbidden the customers to get access to the order form unless they added a game to the basket.
Basket
4.1 Storing the games selected by the customers to the database so that when they go to the order form, the products can be viewed.
Order a game
5.1 The page will display the games which the customers have added to the basket
5.2 Display the total price of the games.
5.3 The customer needs to enter his/her account number using either debit card or credit card.
5.4 Enter expire date of the card to check wither it is valid.
5.5 Email will be confirmed to the customer that the games have been brought in that date and time and which games were brought and the total price of the games.
Editing account details
6.1 Changing customer’s address if they moved to another house
6.2 Changing customer’s name if they changed their name
6.3 Changing customers telephone number incase they brought a new telephone line such as NTL, BT, etc or changing their sim card on their mobile such as o2, orange, etc.
6.4 Storing the new details to the database by updating the records.
